Bronkhorstspruit collection

Free collection may be arranged in Bronkhorstspruit when a suitable collection time and point are available. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Centurion collection

Free collection may sometimes be arranged in Centurion, depending on availability and planned travel. Collection is not immediate and must be confirmed first.

Plants in transit

Unless a listing says otherwise, plants are supplied small, young, fresh, established and well-rooted so they are an appropriate size for safer couriering. Selected plants may be carefully sent bare-root, and dormant plants may arrive with little or no visible top growth.

Parcel photographs & courier damage

Before dispatch, we take photographs of the products, packed contents and parcel where practical to record that the order was complete and in good condition when handed to the courier. Please inspect and open your parcel promptly. Report an incorrect, missing or visibly courier-damaged item to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging and the courier label, and send clear arrival photos. Damage caused in transit will be investigated through the courier company’s claims process. Dash of Grace will provide reasonable assistance and supporting pre-dispatch photographs, while respecting all customer rights under South African law.
