The heart behind Dash of Grace

Rooted in faith, family and a garden with purpose.

What started as my own journey into growing food and living closer to nature became a way to help other people begin too.

Nadine, Louw and their children—the family behind Dash of Grace

Hello, I’m Nadine

Welcome to the heart behind Dash of Grace.

About two years ago, I started growing vegetables and useful herbs for our family. The more I learned, the more I wanted to help other families experience the joy and practical value of growing their own food.

My Christian faith is at the centre of Dash of Grace, and I give all the credit to God. I am blessed with a loving husband—the devoted father of our two children—who supports me, believes in this dream and takes such loving care of me and our family. His encouragement makes it possible for me to keep growing, learning and sharing.

Everything I do through Dash of Grace, I want to do with care and for God’s glory—from preparing a small packet of seeds to nurturing a young plant for someone else’s garden. Dash of Grace is growing slowly and honestly, season by season. My dream is to offer seeds, plants, natural products and useful guidance while encouraging people to grow a little extra and share with someone in need.

Small beginnings matter

A seed packet, a young plant or one productive pot can become food, knowledge and confidence for a household.

Knowledge should be shared

Free planting and care guides help people understand unusual seeds and plants before they buy.

Grown and prepared with care

Products are selected, packed and described as honestly as possible, with respect for natural and seasonal variation.

A garden that gives back

The long-term dream is to help more people turn unused space into food gardens and share safe surplus harvests with dignity.

Why the name?

“Every seed is a small beginning, and every harvest is grace.”

Even something small can grow into a blessing for someone else.
